Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Freight cost is calculated based on the
total cost of your order multiplied by 15%.
Freight for products that are shipped
outside the continental United States must
be quoted on a case by case basis. Contact
us at 937-335-2626 or via e-mail to
determine shipping cost outside the
continental US.
Credit
Shipment will be made on open account for
Customers with established credit. All
others will require credit references or
remittance with order. Brock Air Products,
Inc., will
not be held responsible for storage fees
resulting from credit hold placed on
Customer's accounts. The amount of credit
extended to the Customer, if any, may be
changed or withdrawn at any time.
Late Payment
Past due amounts are subject to 1.5% per
month finance charges at Brock Air Products,
Inc.
discretion.
Returned Merchandise
We will not accept returned merchandise
without a Return Authorization from Brock
Air Products, Inc. Items that are ordered from the
manufacturer in most cases cannot be
returned.
Cancellation and Change Orders
Cancellation or change orders after customer
release for fabrication are subject to
charges not exceeding the amount of invoice
value at the time of change or cancellation.
Change orders and cancellations will be
billed as follows:
$50 net processing fee plus percentage of
completion charges not exceeding invoice
value for those items already in production
at the time of cancellation or change.
Cancellation and change order charges do not
apply to items from normal Brock Air Products,
Inc.
stock.
Products that are ordered on factory quick
ship programs cannot be canceled under any
circumstances.
Quotations
Job quotations are for prompt acceptance
only. Quotations are valid for 30 days from
the date of issuance. We retain the right to
correct quotations containing clerical,
typographical or extension errors.
Responsibility
All shipments are FOB Point of Shipping. We
cannot be held responsible for delays in
delivery by carrier or for loss or damage to
merchandise in transit or for storage fees
due to delay in delivery. Where shortages or
damages occur, details should be noted on
the freight bill by the customer and signed
for by the driver at the time of delivery.
In case of concealed damage, the customer
should call the carrier immediately to
inspect the damaged merchandise. The
customer must file all claims direct with
the carrier. However, we will gladly assist
our customers in securing prompt and
satisfactory settlement.
